Your host would like you to accept these conditions:

- Animals are not allowed
- Non-smokers, smoking both traditional and electronic cigarettes is prohibited
- It is forbidden to organize parties/events
- Access allowed only to guests of the structure, access to third parties is prohibited
- Silence is required between 10pm and 8am
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent
- The tourist tax (from 14 years of age) and any reserved parking space are excluded and will be paid in cash
- The guest undertakes to keep the apartment and common areas in excellent condition by adopting all measures to safeguard people's safety and avoid damage to property
- The guest is held responsible for any damage or deficiencies caused and undertakes to communicate them upon departure and to compensate the property. (e.g. missing or broken cutlery or crockery, irremediably stained linen). The property can request compensation for damages caused and/or missing items up to 10 days after check-out
